delete I have a 70 shaman Guildie and he's a pretty smart guy. Anyways, he said that if you're dual weilding with shammy with Windfury, look for 1h's with speed at, or around 2.6. WELL, To start with, alllasses were givin some sort ofc. There are two forms ofC, one was designed for PVE I.E. Sheep, Sap, Sedtion. The other form ofC was designed for PVPGrinding I.E. Blind, Trap, Fear, Stun, and yes even Frost Shk. What the OP is right about is we do need ahange. Shaman are the onlylass I know of that have no true eape ( Ghost Wolf Does NOTount ) or workableC measure.
