Another thing I will add to the above is to use Shamanist Rage at the start of the fight every two minutes when it is up. This greatly ireases your Mana Regen.

My question is - sie i got a 51 lvl troll shaman with enhement sp and i am interested in elemental sp bause i like to throw lightnings(Zeus Rulezz :P).I need some experieed adve about swihing from enhement to elemental.Is it a good thing?Sie i like PVP very mh whh one is the better one?And if i swih to elementalan i lvl up easily or is it going to be harder? I would wait until you pk up enough elemental gear in Outlands first. I swihed to elemental the sond I hit 58 and the first three levels of it were pure torture. Oe I pked up some gear and learned Water Shield it started to pk up and be about equal to leveling as enhaement.
