short answer: yes long answer: does your guild have an enhaement shaman? they are a great boost to the melee dps in a raid. If the answer to this is no then the answer to
your question is: do what ever you like best. If bashing therap out of stuff is more your thing than hitting things from a distae for insane dps, then stay enhaement.
The gear upgrades you get for the initial quests in Hellfire will be a huge upgrade from old world stuff regardless of your sp. Youan go ahead and buy a buh of elemental stuff and swih and get yourself ready to deal with those initial quests in outlands if you want. Being as you're only 51, you still have 7 levels to quire some dent stuff and experiee before heading to outlands anyway. I leveled 1-70 elemental and in my opinion it was easy enough to do those initial quests in outlands as elemental just as I've heard it is easy enough as enhae. It's really just a matter of what makes you happiest. For PVP shammies are kinda hurting either way do to our lk ofC and oh sh*t buttons. Enhae seems to have a slightly better time against people whoan't kite you as efftively do to the burst dps inlose range. Elemental has problems with people whoan interrupt yourasts and get inlose to you qukly and oe they arelose you're melee dps is mh lower. Find what you want and run with it, only youan dide but know that going one way or the other isn't going to hamper you leveling.

swihing to Restoration Shaman at lvl 60, I will be working my way through battlegrounds to get my 60 gear and, Grand marshal's mageblade along with Grand marshal's tome of Restoration.
